The Lake Suzy Property Owners Association exists for the sole benefit of its property owners. Through effective leadership and community involvement it is committed to the preservation of the Lake Suzy Estates as a desirable place to live while maintaining and enhancing our quality of life and property values. Its mission, and that of the Board Of Directors, is as follows;

1. To maintain and enhance the beauty of the community through the application and enforcement of its covenants and the maintenance of our common areas.

2. To address the concerns and issues of all members of the community through regular meetings and, as necessary, representation at DeSoto County hearings.

3. To raise awareness and inform all members of the community of all outstanding and new issues and concerns through periodic community meetings, newsletters and postings to the community website.

4. To encourage and solicit the support of all property owners through membership and participation in the Lake Suzy POA.

As a non-profit organization the success and effectiveness of the POA and its impact on the community and county is directly related to the level of community involvement and financial support.
